A dynamic data driven application system for real-time simulation of resin transfer moulding processes

Abstract This paper presents a numerical solution to optimize RTM processes based on DDDAS methodology, taking permeability as stochastic. The model proposed in this investigation allows real-time accurate prediction of the filling rate by adjusting parameters with on-line captured process data. suitability was tested and validated under different variations like pressure preform permeability.
